how do i change the Dxvk and Vk3d version
hi i need help the lastest dxvk and vk3d dosent work on my graphics i need to change to Dxvk 1.10.3 and Vk3d 2.6 if i dont i cant play and i try looking for in settings nothing i found plesse help

I think there was discussion of automating this, but for now you'd need to download them and add them to the prefix manually. However:
- The portion of log you posted makes no reference to Vulkan versions or DXVK; why do you think that is the problem?
- Morrowind has been well supported by Wine for some time; you may not need DXVK at all
- You also have the option of using OpenMW to play the game, which brings with it many advantages
For what it's worth the log suggests you're missing some game files. Either they are actually missing (in which case a repair of the game should do the trick), or the Heroic flatpak (which you seem to be using) does not have access to everything.
