FNV checks for a specific registry key (
HKCR\com.epicgames.launcher) to be present; if it isn't there, it isn't launching
Create that key (if you're using CrossOver, you can probably do it in some GUI there)

Hey im sorry if i disturbed you but where do you find regedit for mac? Or do you have to download it
CrossOver has it in their GUI: https://www.codeweavers.com/support/wiki/mac/mactutorial/registry_keys
If you're not using CX, you can access it via Winetricks (Game Settings -> Winetricks -> Select the default wineprefix -> Run regedit)
