How do I grow and make my discord server active?
I have a discord server but it isn’t active and I don’t know what to do. I want to grow it and have a active community, so I can host events, movie night, and other things.

Assuming the server isn't related to your own content, if it is some of these won't really apply;
* Choose a relevant topic/focus
* Advertise in relevant places (that allow it), such as forums, subreddits, other Discord servers
* Use bots like @DISBOARD and bump your server every 2 hours
* Use server listing sites like disboard, top.gg, etc..
Really when it comes right down to it, you need to try and pick a niche genre that is actually popular and not saturated with existing servers. There is no harm in creating multiple servers for "possible trends" as something that seems ironic now might be really popular in a week or so. But yeah, good luck 😄

yeah disboard is pretty good for putting the server out there, you also have to make it look interesting enough to join for onlookers. If you want it to be active you need to be active in it aswell, send at least 1 message everyday in your own server and people will start conversations eventually.
