Cannot delete outdated Templates "All workspaces must be deleted before a template can be removed."

Attempting to delete all outdated templates but keep receiving the error "All workspaces must be deleted before a template can be removed" despite my workspace list being empty on the UI and the CLI. I purged all of my docker images and whatnot.

While messing around in the CLI, I ran a command with a wildcard and there are three "workspaces?" that don't really exist. If I try to delete the non-existent workspaces I get an error saying they don't exists. These are just the subdirs in the dir I was in, sorry for the confusion, silly me.
