Flashing RatOS V2.0.1 Process

Hi. I run into the same problems with the process of flashing to the Octopus.

So what I did:
RatOS flashed on Pi
SD card Flashed on Octopus
Wiring everything to the Octopus

So do I have to flash again when the Pi connect to the Octopus (I have already done the wiring) , so that the configurator may input the parameters ?
