F2-84 - I am unable to screw in the bottom center screw of the case
I am unable to screw in the bottom center screw of the case. When I screw in the bottom left and right screw, I can see the bottom center is bulging out. I tried changing the viton o-rings and various other methods, but I could not fix it. Anyone have ideas?
Note: Removing the bottom o-rings allowed me to screw in completely.
Build: F2-84 Black
Plate: FR4 Half plate build with moyu blacks and TX Stabs.

If you have a picture to refer to, I'll try to help you out.
Hi GEON, I send a ticket to support. But here are the photos and one video I took
Now I am using it without o-ring on the btm of the top case
As you can see I can’t screw in only the btm centre screw
I see
Possibly the threads on the top case are broken. Can you send me a close-up picture of the threads on the screw and top case?
i sent the high resolution photo the compression just made it a blurry mess
Try screwing right into the upper case threads. Some threads appear to be worn
it can be screwed in
hmm interesting
can you use the other screw?
Which one?
Hi Geon which screw are you referring to?
There are extra screws in the bag
Is still the same
no change in the ability to catch the threads
I had a similar issue with the bottom right screw on my F1-722. I fixed it by using a slightly longer screw (m2.5x10mm instead of m2.5x8mm). Not sure if the same thing will work for the F2.
If you try to put the screw in the top case does it hold? If not your threads might be in worse shape
yeap, it hold as per the video
Nvm just saw the vid
If it seems like there’s extra thread to be used try a longer screw

Try m2.5x10 but be careful not to force them if it doesn’t fit
the f2-84 does not come with the m2.5x10mm screw
It comes with m2.5x8mm
But you should be able to find the longer size for pretty inexpensive price either locally or online
yeah, will go through my local hardware store to source for it
For me was <$1 to replace all bottom screws and I barely tighten them now because I’m scared
