there is a cooldown after a shock wears off, that’s what ur seeing, it can’t be bypassed but if u can somehow get charges above 1/prevent it from reaching 0, maybe

i mean for the case of liquid light, it actually does something, but liquid laser would just be liquid light but red (and it wouldn't do what normal light does)
