Irregular offsets

Printer: v-core 3.1 500 BigTreeTech Octopus V1.1 Motherboard BigTreeTech TMC2209 Driver SPI Mosquito Magnum Hotend - Rat Rig Bundle Bondtech LGX - Large Gears eXtruder Nema 17 Stepper Motor - 48mm Raspberry PI 4 B What is causing these irregular offsets that are showing up in my spiralized prints? So far I can rule out: filament, filament feed, temperature, slicer, model, PID, adhesion on bed. I was able to follow the error live, it clicks once and then the offset is there.
Although the offset is visible on the XY axis, I have the feeling that it is related to the Z axis because the error only occurs from a height of 130mm.
Yesterday I had an overtemperature error from Z1 in Klipper which broke off the print. So I replaced the motor in the center back and cross-swapped the driver from it with another. I saw that the Z1 driver is always 5°C warmer than the others. However, the Z1 engine is approximately 7°C cooler than the other engines. Also, the Z1 motor makes a very different sound than the others when energized even though it is new and the driver is different. Then I saw that the plug on the board of Z1 is slightly deformed, I have now replaced it with a white one.
Before that I replaced the bed hanger, the upper rod bearings and the engine mount at the center back with aluminum parts. At times the pattern of offset has changed, but it's still there. I'm getting desperate, can someone help me? 🙃
