Legendary (Epic Games) Error on boot up: Failed to execute script 'cli' due to unhandled exception
Once I open up the Heroic launcher I get instantly an error. It is annoying, but seems working. Not sure if any of titles aren't loaded as I have piled up too many.

Titles should load fine, it's only printing the list of titles that has an error (which Heroic doesn't actually care about)
You can, for the moment, download the
legendary binary from https://github.com/derrod/legendary/releases/tag/0.20.33 (direct link: https://github.com/derrod/legendary/releases/download/0.20.33/legendary), place it into ~/Games/Heroic/, mark it as executable (in Dolphin: Right-click file, "Properties", "Permissions" tab, "Is executable" checkbox), and specify it as the alternative legendary binary in Heroic's advanced settings
Alternatively, you can simply wait until the next release that'll include this version by default
