Heavy underextrusion on any line break
Hi everyone. I've got V-core 3.1 200mm with ldo orbiter 2.0 and rapido HF hotend. The printer worked fine for a month, but now it has sever underextrusion whenever extruder breaks a line, most prominently on Z seam. I initially thought it's due to pressure advance calibration (I've folloswed Elli's pattern guide for that), but since recalibration didn't help at all I've tried tower method. This is what I get every time I try a print.
My full config can be found here: https://github.com/smumriak/ratrig_bunny_klipper, all my overrides are located in Bunny folder.
Printing with Overture PETG, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, flow rate 0.96, hotend temperature 240 for first layer, 250 for subsequent, coolying 50%.
I've tried lowering speed, lowering acceleration, decreasing corner acceleration, disabling retraction in slicer and in RatOS files. No change at all.

it's not clogged nozzle either - i just installed brand new 0.4 nozzle from trianglelabs and result is the same
anyone?
just in case, i performed cold pull. no change
Did you try disabling PA? Relative vs absolute extrusion mismatch?
It looks like a PA issue... Kind of... Anything with wipe settings change?

This is PA tower test in klipper, starting with 0.0. I.e. I can not recalibrate the pressure advance. Will try printing with it completely disabled
I'm using prusa slicer which disables wipe when retraction is disabled. It didn't change anything

what speeds are you printing at?
I had issues like that when going to 0.6 from a 0.4 nozzle. The cooling just couldn't hold up which resulted in the layer start not sticking properly after a layer change
I was running dual 5015 at 100% 😄

80mm/s
i'm running the delta 40x28mm fan
at 50%

okay, that's not it then...

that's approximately four sunon 5015 at 100% 🙂
based on CFM
this printer used to print at 130mm/s, but at some point this started to happen. print on the picture is 80mm/s with 2000 mm/s^2 acceleration

i don't know what to do, sorry, maybe someone else does.

sad 😦
for anyone who's going to find this thread in the future. the fix is set retraction to 1mm, retraction speed 130 mm/s, deretraction speed also 130 mm/s, 0mm extra length on start, wipe on retraction disabled

this is how the seam on calibration tower looks now
