Can not Play live Photos Videos
Hello Everyone, First of all, can't thank all you guys and especially @Alex for the awesome app.
I am having issues playing videos for some live photos in the app and in the web.
This is not the case for all live Photos. About 50% live photos play and about 50% don't on a random basis.
The web ui gets stuck in the 'loading' animation when playing live photos. I see this error on the server when this happens. I am not sure if this is a same issue but this also happens in another scenario:
If I have a live photo and I add it to a shared album with another user. I am able to play the video in my timeline. But the other user won't be able to play the video.
I would be grateful if someone can point me out to the right direction if i am missing anything. Idk if this is helpful but I am running immich-server and all related containers in a docker swarm with the standard docker-compose from github with a few modifications. The system is amd64 ubuntu. I am willing to provide more details if required.

Can you help provide the browser console log when you play live video on the web?
Hello Alex, Thanks for the quick reply. Interestingly, i never thought to look at the browser console. I am unable to replicate the timeline videos not playing issue at this moment. However, I was able to replicate the issue with the live photos in shared albums. So the browser is apparently getting a 403 for the server. I have attached the console log and the failed network call in the images.



Is the 403 response come from the livePhoto you owned or from other users accessing your livePhotos?
The photo and album is owned by another user. They have shared the album with me. When i play the video on a live photo on the album. I get this error.
Yeah I think we have a bug with access checking for live photos
Can you help me check if there is an opened issue for this, otherwise can you help open one so we can track?
