Try hitting "P"
Otherwise go and ask for support in the QuantV discord (if there is one)
P just brings up the menu
Opening the map or the menu used to fix things like that for me

Unfortunate, sounds like you might need to ask around for other people who have had the same issue then
unless someone else knows a fix
Got it to work just did a complete uninstall and reinstall of quantv
