Bed Mesh gone mad

Hi guys. My bed mesh after run with stock V3.1 400 is technically quite bad. And I am looking for improvements. What I have done: BL Touch, BED Mesh Profile load = ratos at START_PRINT. But still deviation is high. Pictures below
