OI mean where they have it in-game. They slot the lasersight where you would normally look down the sight to aim.

Dit's still really really really strong despite that, usually enough to 1-2 shot most enemies in the game plus both slugs and buckshot stack to 250, so you can get a total of 500 shotgun ammo, which is nearly 500 free kills
Dplus some ammo boxes still respawn
SSlugs do really shit damage, they are only good at shooting off limbs/heads from cannibals
