adaptive Meshing

Hi all,
my printer runs now and I am really happy.
Just the bed adjustment lasts very long what is a little bit anoying for small prints.
Having read about adaptive meshing IT IS dangerous to install it If beacon IS preinstalled.
So do I Just News to deleted beacon or what do I News to do?
