PS Modifier Fuzzy Skin

Hi guys, I have a little issue with the fuzzy skin in Prusaslicer - see attached photos. I have generally fuzzy skin on the part and added a modifier where I don't want fuzzy skin. The issue now is that the modifier creates an additional perimeter and builds up thickness which I don't want. I actually want the printer to stop doing XY movements on that excluded fuzzy skin section ... Any hint?
