why do i get a few views or subs any advice to get my audience to like what im doing
yall got advice to grow my channel i recently hit 100 subs but there was this one video that got subs i uploaded similar videos that got subs and views so i uploaded another video but my chance on getting subs or views is low any advice why this is happening?

Try and making a community around your content, its the most important because YouTube shows your subscribers your video first and if they dont click it, the video dosent get spread to other people who aren't your subscribers.
Also try improving thumbnails and titles because people cant see the video until they click it. Make the video where they have to click it to know more
