Removing invalid Crossover versions from config screen

Over the past few weeks I've installed (and removed) several different versions of Wine and Crossover attempting to get various games to work. However, Heroic doesn't seem to realize when a specific version (or patched version) of Crossover has been removed. If you attempt to launch a game with one of these removed versions, you get odd errors like "app is damaged, would you like to move it to the trash." Because these entries in many cases are the same, it is impossible to differentiate the valid "Crossovers" from the ones that no longer point to anything. TLDR; How do I remove the 'dead' entries for Crossover and Wine?
