Deploy hooks - preview branches

I am not sure what could be a reason but I do not see a different branch than main (production) when configuring a deploy hook. Is it possible to have a deploy hook for a different branch?

Have you created that branch on your Git provider? We just pull the branch list from there

yes the branch is there and the deployments are running from it normally on commit I have a theory. We moved the repository in Gitlab at the beginning of the project (so only main branch was there). Pages worked without a problem after that change. But maybe it cannot load branches right now since it's loading from "old version" of the repo?
