What is the mostly used server type on Bedrock edition for big servers ?

I have some experience with server administation and plugin developpement in the Java verison. I'm interested into working on bedrock, but I can't find much infos about Bedrock servers from the internet.
I'd like to know what are servers like the hive using as server type, I believe they are using plugins since even if bedrock datapacks allows to make wonderful things, it is not adequate to run an 10 000 average players server.
I've found out that Nukkit and PocketMine server types allows plugins usage, and I believe LiteLoaderBDS requires users to install LiteLoader to put custom mods juste like Forge/Fabrics.
