Card Gloss On Tilting

Hi everyone! I have been looking for tutorials regarding an effect similar to the gloss effect on Yu Gi Oh cards when you tilt them in your hand like the picture below (it was the best I could find) but I couldn't find any tutorials on the topic that would help me achieve this with no FE libraries or frameworks. Any ideas ?
