Frame or other?

Just installed this dual linear rail mod https://www.printables.com/model/230716-ratrig-v-core-3-extrusionless-x-gantry-mod with https://www.printables.com/model/307508-ratrig-v-core-31-extrusionless-x-gantry-xy-joiner- and yes, between hot and cold is only 0.045mm difference now, but bowing in another way, I have blind joints, so do I need to and how to alter the frame/extrusions?
