How to fetch file

Is there a way with a react hook or something, to fetch an uploaded file with the name file..?
I just cant find anything in the docs...?

right. there's a list files function here https://docs.uploadthing.com/api-reference/server#listfiles but it's not implemented yet I don't think. I tried doing a fetch request as someone recommended else where but that's failing as well
