FramerMotion staggerChildren doesnt work

Im using react with framer motion and I dont get why the children dont stagger, they just appear all at once as you can see in the GIF, i'm a beginner with framer motion so i'll appreciate your help. Here's the code (too long for discord): https://codeshare.io/WdrVzd
