mods "cant" ban for hate speech or harassment?
reported someone to roblox and the cw discord, no reply from roblox, however a got an update on my report in discord that says "we cant ban for harassment/racism/discrimination". Does anyone know as to why? I would also like to see what would happen if they were to ban someone for a reason like that.

since thats wholely moderated by Roblox
I understand that, but you just cant handle them? or is there actually something preventing you from doing so
Handling them would wipe half of the player base off the face of CW. There's nothing preventing them
