Would these work as a set, for weddings mainly?
A - Do they work being all the same?
B - I have no ties to the medical industry, but believe the symbol originates from Hermes, Greek God

Those two are just different enough that I wouldn't combine one from each listing
Also the left is a button but the right are links, are you imagining putting the button on your lapel or something
Curious what you love about the caduceus so much to wear it in three places
Yeah so I was thinking of wearing links and the button as a lapel pin like you say.
I can't really explain why I like it so much, just think it's really cool looking symbol and abit different. Perhaps it's the symmetry
I'd give that part some more thought bc you may get questions
As a set, or even just the pin?
I'll be honest that lapel pin looks like something that you'd get in a christmas cracker, just looks cheap and a bit tacky. I'd stick with just the cufflinks. At that price they are most likely not going to last very long though, be warned
Okay thank you for your honesty! Would I be better off looking at a 2nd hand branded set of cufflinks? I won't wear them often so don't want to spend mega money, but I've seen what I would assume are good branded items for reasonable price 2nd hand
2nd hand is always a good shout for getting nice quality stuff cheaper 🙂
if you wore this i would 100% assume you were a doctor. if you are not a doctor, i would keep that in mind
Nice one, are you able to recommend any good brands? I'm not really a smart dresser, but would like to dress nicely when I do, which is why I'm here for advice I guess aha!
Thanks for heads up, will avoid the Doctor vibe!
Honestly to me it reads less "I'm a doctor" and more "I just got my EMT license"
Haha, I hadn't initially known about the medical link when I first found them, just liked them. Was only when I was doing reverse image searches I found out abit more about them. Glad I asked in here before committing
The rod of Asclepius (one snake, no wings) is used in medicine but the caduceus gets mixed in so most folks conflate the two
Good info, thank you!
