Fetch inside production cloudflare pages does not work, but works in the preview branches

The same feature, fetching a simple api, but it does not work in the production branch but work in the preview branch in cloudflare pages. Does anybody have this issue before?

actually to be precise, my production domain is https://app.hellosafe.com/demo/comparator/demo and the preview url is https://47230616.hellosafe-apps.pages.dev/demo/comparator/demo they are both at the same commit, the fetch in app.hellosafe.com does not work, but in the preview url, it's working.

after i change the DNS setting from Proxied to DNS only, it's working now
