X rail to front extrusion difference

Is 0.2 mm difference between right and left side of the x rail against front extrusion a problem? The frame is straight ( bet I can't notice a 0.2 mm difference in frame squaring) This is after belt tunning done. Thanks!

I would fine tune with Adam's part (recently updated) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbWAhb40kG4

belt tension alone, can skew your gantry by more than 2-5mm. so .2 is nothing, except if it is a squaring issue with your Y rail which will skew your printed part (box is closer to a rhomboid)

Rails are dead straight on the extrusions, I have modified the alignment brackets from ratrig bom to be tight on the rail/extrusion. I will use skew adjustments in klipper but wanted to know if I will damage the rails somehow because of that difference

if you loosen the two bolts (bottom of each xyjoiner) just a bit, you can verify belt tension is not skewing your gantry. Pull ever so lightly on one belt an you'll see the gantry skew. Set tension eqaully, then snug the bolts.
