question about nabbot logging

Good morning ☀️ nabbot used to automatically update roles in my guild server and give/take away the guild role when people join/leave my guild. It no longer automatically gives/takes the role, I have to manually give it to people. Does anyone know why it is doing this and how I can get it back to automatically update? The nabbot also used to track who entered and left the discord but it stopped doing this in March. How can I get nabbot to track all this again?

I suggest looking at the roles on the list, are these roles higher than NabBot's role on the list?

I think you are right, I didn’t like to look at the bots on top of all my members so I moved the bots to the bottom….

perhaps the "display role separately from online members" can help in this case I haven't tried

I just reordered my bots roles and made them just under me. I also used the autorole refresh command and nothing happened I also already have this done

can you whois one of the people missing the role and see if it gets updated? @emxp some of the scans only trigger when the people are actively scanned. this is because "Note that guild changes from members that haven't been online won't be affected." so if people are not active anymore it can be that nabbot can not pick up their changes But whoising them usually refreshes it

So I see that is it giving the people the registered roles now but my nablogging channel isn’t working still

I suppose not, so I’ll have to add nablogging back in I’m not seeing where to add in nablogging. Is that because I’m on my phone rather than my desktop?
