Heater heater_bed not heating at expected rate See the 'verify_heater'

I received this error after attempting to raise my bed temp to greater than 145C. It seems that the thermistor is working fine, as the temper gradually dropped after getting the error. I plugged the 110v Keenovo bed heater directly into 110v and it is not warming at all. I'm not familiar with these bed heaters? Is there some part of it that needs replaced... or the whole thing? ...or am I wholesale diagnosing this issue incorrectly?

You probably popped the thermal fuse. The bed isn't meant to go that high

Gotcha. Is that something I can easily replace? @blacksmithforlife 🇺🇸 Is the thermal fuse part of the Keenovo heating pad?

it is that big bump on the bottom. How easy is it to replace depends on your skill

Any idea of the brand/model for a replacement? I've been googling and can't seem to find any information.

No, I believe it is the bigger long bump just above it something like this should work https://www.aliexpress.us/item/2251832699177528.html

the part blacksmithforlife just referenced (dog house door looking ceramic fuse style) is GREAT for bolting to the edge of the bed as a safety secondary backup!

Sounds good, thanks for the info guys. I'll mess with this when I have some time. Thankfully I'm assembling a second machine so I had another bed setup to swap out on my first machine.

jfyi.... the thermal fuse stuffed in that 'tube' of silicone mat, is NOT soldered to the wires. You MUST crimp the connections.
