Amazon game (Steamworld Quest) launches only by selecting right .exe file
Title, basically.
Game installs correctly, but no matter which Wine version I select, the game launches a black window for less than a second and then stops.
The workaround is to go to the game's setting in Heroic, and click "Run exe on prefix", and then click on the game's exe file (
Quest.exe in this case).
How should I report/fix/handle this?10 Replies

Setting an alternative exe to run in the settings doesn't fix the issue. It only runs OK when clicking that "Run exe on prefix" button.

so, yeah, runs fine on wine-ge, not in proton-ge. Thank you!
