Use of default railway.toml and config in Railway app
We need to use a default railway.toml and sometime changes some parameters in Railway app like :
- Watch Paths
- Builder
- Healthcheck Path
We want to use the default railway.toml and to erase params that are added in Raiway app, is this possible ?

whatever parameters you set in the railway.toml file overwrite the default values
