Add custom domain that is being used by another railway project

Hi: Project id: 3ca8e598-479d-44c8-a16d-90a9b42baf42 I have some project, to which I want to assign a domain already used by another project (not directly mine but I'm in touch with the owner of it). How long does it take to detach a domain for possible reuse? I want to do this with as little (production) platform unavailability time as possible.
Solution:
Once they remove the domain from the project, and you add it to yours, the biggest holdup is DNS propagation. Really depends on how long it takes your DNS provider
