Unable to upload JXL
i searched around the github issues and as far as i can see jxl should be working in 1.71 however when i attempt to upload a jxl image i just get the bouncing flower with "drop files anywhere to upload" i don't see any errors in the web console either. how do i enable the upload of JXL.
i do not care that its not "officially or widely supported" in browsers, i have support on all my devices and this is for me.
