Why do I need 10 Dollar Credit for Upgrading to Hobby Plan ?
I am pretty sure I migrated my developer plan to Hobby Plan earlier as per how I was instructed on discord chat

no I haven't done any payment after that

I was always under limit
alright this does sound like a bug with railway, i will flag the team, but keep in mind they wont be able to get to it until this week
so will my deployment be stopped ? just want to work on bounty this weekend

The new hobby plan must be loaded with 10$ to start off compared to the old dev plan’s 5$
Your monthly fee is waived, but you have to top off your credits

hobby requires 10$ of credits rather than dev’s 5$
