🌟 An offer for the role of founding engineer 🌟

hey @rubenf I discovered Windmill a few months ago while looking for alternatives to Pipedream. I'm sold on the idea of this new development model 🙌. I owe to and admire the open-source movement. My last full time job was an open source app with over 1.2m downloads on Play Store, so I understand the dynamics. While looking for places to work, YC dashboard told me that you are hiring. As a developer and former founder with over a decade of experience, I feel I'm a good fit for the role. I'm most experienced in writing JS, Go and Clojure. My sprints as co-founder has also equipped me with operational skills, like executing on vague requirements, optimising on-boarding, talking to customers, acquisition strategies and team building. I understand that speed of execution is critical. I have an offer for you: Hire me for the role of founding engineer. I'll work for Windmill, free for 45 days. If you like my speed and execution, give me an offer. If not, I'll leave. I'm in the process of winding down my startup and I know how stressful hiring can be. I also know the cost of bad hires, so I want to de-risk your hiring decision. Let's get on a call if you want to try this out. Thanks 🙏 PS: I live in a neighbouring country of France. I'm just 2 hours ✈️ away from Paris and can be there when needed.

Ahah, thanks a lot and this is a very generous trade. However, we just filled that position and are probably bottleneck by a sales person right now. If sales pick up, then we might grow engineering again
