what is going on with cloud flare

HI im Blake. Before this Thursday I had never heard of cloud flare. Now every time I'm on anything connected to wifi while on my phone(YouTube, Google, most of my social media) I keep getting pop ups for this service. I am not interested in it and I woukd like these to stop. And when I say pop ups I mean it takes me to a whole page Going off on hiw "multi vector attacks have become the norm" whatever that means. Can someone please tell me how to get this to stop.

Like, you click on any link from google and it takes you to that page?

I'm guessing that you have some sort of adware malware on your phone, and it's pulling adds from doubleclick (google's ad network, which is also the biggest), and google keeps sending you ours for some reason

Does this only happen on your phone? Does it happen when you're on both wifi and cellular? If so, yeah you should try making sure you:
(1) Don't have any VPN apps running
(2) Don't have any browser extensions you don't need, try disabling all of them
(3) If it keeps happening, reset your phone and set it up again
