DaVinci Resolve is free and as good as Premiere Pro.
I use kdenlive
and i find it pretty good

I used DaVinci Resolve (which is free like already stated) Its pretty good. I just switched to Premiere Pro and my videos take less time to edit and export about three times quicker than DaVinci. Glad I switched.
I use VideoPad. It's available on Steam, Android, Windows App store . Although over the years of editing and using different software, I'd recommend Cyberlink PowerDirector, WonderShare Filmora, or Final Cut Pro
