Critical server error

1.20.1 papermc server running on an oracle server, had a week uptime and then crashed randomly. pretty basic server, just a tpa and a fastleafdecay plugin and headlesspistons and piston duping set to true. other things mostly untouched. first assumed it was a storage problem and removed all the other data on the servers, and it ran a bit longer before crashing again. It seems when I join and dont do anything the server is OK, only when I am loading new chunks moving items etc (this was not a problem before)
Fixes I tried: changing amount of starting ram, changing the JRE, moving it to a new server (with same world) and trying it again (and then removing the same world so it can generate a new one) deleting unneccessary data, force reboot of the server, deleting all plugins, changing to a later version of papermc
I will attach the error logs as well
