After recent maintenance and upgrade, I am getting "move out of range" errors

Hi all. Recently upgraded to a Bondtech LGX and BambuLabs 0.6mm hot end. We took the opportunity and also replaced the BL Touch for a BIQU microprobe. The probe now sits a bit further away from the nozzle than the BL would.I assume this may have something to do with this error that now pops up whenever the printer is creating a bed mesh without using the built in "PAM" method. What do I need to change in the printer.cfg file to compensate? Bonus question: sometimes the Biqu tip doesn't retract and as a result, the tip is getting snagged on the part. Doubly bad as it rips the prints off the bed and even worse, places a lot of strain on the tip which I fear might break at some point. Any ideas?

Did you update printer.cfg to reflect the new x & y probe offsets? Maybe a sign error there?

I managed to fix issue number one. Reduced my offset by 7mm and it doesn't fail anymore. However I am still getting issues with the tip sometimes not being retracted.
