Which belt/shoes with this suit for a wedding?

Of the two I'd go with the black pair.
I'd say black too, also your tan shoes don't match the dark brown belt

Definitely the black ones. Tan may fit the level of formality (or lack thereof) but it isn't my favorite choice on color.
Black is nice because almost any black belt and pair of black shoes match, or are close enough that nobody will notice the slight differences in black, anyways. For other colors, you tend to want to get the actual matching color, which means either a fair bit of legwork/research or just getting the matching color from the same maker (eg, alden shoes and alden belt.)
Yeah, the tan shoes are a little bit too eye-catching, which just isn’t needed when you’re already wearing a plaid three-button suit, plus it draws the the eyes to the feet too much. The black shoes ground the outfit without taking over.
