how do I salvage these shoes
Due to a combination of events, I was stuck 2 weeks in an adventure trip with nothing but my stans, which really did this to my shoes.
How do I fix the green part?

You can't, they're beaters now
Tbh they look better now, can’t rock punk without beaters
Yeah not much you can do at that point.. as long as they’re still structurally sound like they fit well and don’t hurt your feet or anything just keep rocking them as beaters
