Is it possible to make a portable version of heroic on an external SSD (avoiding users folder)?

Even when I download the latest portable version on my SSD, it creates the settings files on users folder. Is there a way to prevent the settings files from being restricted to "C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\heroic"?
