I want refund, haven't use anything

I have my credit card store in railway when dev plan was giving 5$ free each month, I just access railway, mistakenly choose subscribe, when I see the loading icon I immediatly go to bank app try to lock my card, but too late I want my 5$ back My gmail is binnhatle@gmail.com
