I think there are several ways to do this.
My working mumu/pgsharp setup is as follows:
Here is my setup that works:
windows pc (10 or 11 both work) (up to date on drivers, updates)
MuMu Player - 64bit
Pgsharp for Arm64 (android version will not work).
mumu settings:
Root permission is enabled
vulkan and speed (directx) work - I use vulkan
performance on medium
rendering acceleration is on
forced use of discrete graphics cards is on
resolution on small
fps settings at 60
mobile property settings on default model
high fps is off
extra high fps is off
Not sure which of these are necessary or not necessary but that's how I have it working.

download mumu on your PC and download the pgsharp APK and install it into mumu
