Why is playwright not installing?

The thing is that I work with unofficial TikTokApi and it needs playwright module to work. But during deployment it is not installed for some reason. Although it is specified in the requirements.txt file.

using unofficial APIs on railway is a big grey area, you may end up with Tiktok just banning you
