error

Hello, after doing a fresh install of ratos because it has been such a long time since i have used my printer, aswell as cleaning up some wireing. I have been face with a error? (Picture attachment) I have tried to do the following things in the klipper guide on how to fix this issue. Here is what the guide reads: "I keep getting "Unable to read tmc uart 'stepper_x' register IFCNT" errors?¶ This occurs when Klipper is unable to communicate with a tmc2208 or tmc2209 driver. Make sure that the motor power is enabled, as the stepper motor driver generally needs motor power before it can communicate with the micro-controller. If this error occurs after flashing Klipper for the first time, then the stepper driver may have been previously programmed in a state that is not compatible with Klipper. To reset the state, remove all power from the printer for several seconds (physically unplug both USB and power plugs). Otherwise, this error is typically the result of incorrect UART pin wiring or an incorrect Klipper configuration of the UART pin settings." After trying the things on this list, i am still faced with the issue. I believe it is a config issue. I am trying to config my printer.cfg to setup 48V. I have done this before and have had it working before, but I don't rember how I setup to work correctly. I am going to attach my printer.cfg

I got that once when I didn't put the stepper jumper on properly, might want to check that.
