Questions about spoofing methods.

I'm currently using iAnyGo to spoof. My worry is that if it's still a safe method. I saw the FAQ channel and saw that i needed to jailbreak my phone to be safe. Is that still the case with the method i'm using?

It's quite safe but not full proof
It doesn't use a modded app so
