YouTube ain't recomending my stuff
So I been doing fnaf at the moment a horror game it was doing good on my first upload 1.6k then after a sudden views started to decrease and now I barley get 50 impressions I done some shorts in between them videos so does YouTube think I'm a short channel now is that a thing or am I just the world's unluckiest person

That topic you chose was good so YouTube pushed it out more Because people actually watched more of the video for longer and remember Not all your videos will do well 👌

From my own experience I can say, that TikTok Videos get wind quite fast. When it comes to YouTube, I can perosnally tell from helping other Content Creators, that 1 killer YouTube-Video that is at the time of uploading:
* relevant,
* shareable
* relatable
will provide your Channel a massively higher view count and potential subs as 10 to 30 decent videos. If you put in the extra time, to come up with a concept for your channel, a well written script and an amazing thumbnail that is able to lure people towards your video while also having a hook as an opener. Everyone will be watching your
When filming and editing your Video, be harder to yourself and ask youself.: "Why the f*** should anyone watch my Video and why should someone not click offmy Video".
Another thing, I can recommend is, show the tings instead of talking about it and only film the scenes you need to. If you say, that you will go to a place, you do not need to shoot a Vlog to get there. Simply be in the next Scene at the Location to avoid making your Video longer as it needs to be.
When editing and you do not know, what to cut out then try to find a Point A and if the Point B still makes sense, simple cut the rest out and only keep Point A and Point B from the Scene.
Also keep in mind, that scenes that you love and put the most effort could be scenes, that your audience maybe does not like. Due to that it can be good to get rid of your darlings.
With these simple tricks i shortened my latest Video from once 15min 23sec to just 7min 47sec. And the end result is a much better Video that has a much better flow.
