What shoes can you wear to make a trench coat look casual?
Hi there—got a Burberry Coat for my birthday. What shoes would you recommend wearing if I want to wear the coat in a casual setting? And what brands?

How do you mean? Trench’s are pretty formality-neutral being rainwear so you can get away with pretty much whatever
If you want to explicitly dress it down maybe some dad sneakers could do it

yeah i’ve seen the new balances with cropped or stacked wide trousers + trench. it’s a nice casual look

Sitting down the break shouldn’t go over the top of shaft imo standing they should not be visible
